Supporting New Hope

As a community ministry among Frederick County’s underserved, Vital Sources, LLC has made an initial commitment to develop and maintain the New Hope Foundation for the Underserved (a non-profit organization). The NHF and revenue from the sliding scale fees for services provided by the New Hope staff will support services to the underserved in Frederick County.

To establish the highest quality reputation possible in Frederick County we have dedicated New Hope to:

Hire and support the New Hope staff with a generous compensation package (benefits, salary commensurate with training and experience and on the high side of the scale when compared to other non-profit service organizations). We want New Hope staff and interns to be appropriately compensated and not distracted by poverty level incomes themselves.
Cooperate with similar community agencies in Frederick County and not compete with them for funding sources.
Seek our primary support from Christian businesses, local churches, and individuals.
