New Hope

New Hope is a faith-based, non-profit agency that is dedicated to bringing the highest quality psychological services to people in Frederick County and surrounding areas, regardless of a person’s ability to pay.

New Hope’s theme, “for all who are thirsty,” is a Biblical allusion to Isaiah 55 where the prophet Isaiah invites all “who are thirsty” to come and drink to their full - so that their souls will be satisfied. Our vision is that all men, women, and children are served in a way in which deep healing and restoration may lead to their souls being satisfied. We believe that the integration of faith and professional psychological services can provide a means to do just that. Our dream is that this is made available to all, regardless of one’s income or lack of health insurance.
